Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Children's books in Spanish
A friend is teaching her toddler Spanish, he is barely speaking English but is picking up the second language quickly. They loved the two children's books this one and the Green Eggs and Ham in Spanish. The entire family is learning a second language - however the children are doing so much faster and with less effort than the parents.

They said the books made it a fun evening reading.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great for fluent Spanish speakers
Everyone loves Curious George, especially my boys. I purchased this book for them and the kindergarten Spanish class I am teaching. I'd recommend it for native or fluent Spanish speaking children. It doesn't work for Spanish learners because it is fairly long and fails to capture the young students' attention long enough to finish it. If you teach Spanish, I'd stick with some of the shorter Curious George books.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Jorge el Curioso
This is Curious George in Spanish. My grandson who just turned six loves Curious George. I want him to love and learn Spanish; hence, the buying of the book. Since he practically has the book memorized in English, I felt it would be easy for him to pick up words and phrases in Spanish.

They will find a complete vocabulary at the end of the book. In addition, some Spanish phrases and expressions that may be unknown to the beginner are translated at the foot of each page."

Strangely, the book itself does not have those features. While it is a charming book, and ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great book
There are so few of these, especially from an English original. Buy it for your kids to learn more Spanish.
