This big book biography is a great way to introduce the life of Rosa Parks to emergent readers. The book begins with the showcasing of Rosa's humble beginnings as a small child and concludes with the epic struggle of the Montgomery Bus Boycott. In spite of the controversial issues of race relations between white and black people, neither group is portrayed in a negative manner.
