A flying saucer came whirling down from the sky and landed right in my back yard. I couldn't believe my eyes. I watched as the hatch door to the flying saucer slowly opened. Out hopped a little purple man.
He stretched. (Children reach hands over head to stretch.)
He bent down and touched the ground. (Children bend down to touch their toes.)
He twisted to the left stretching his back. (Twist to left.)
And then he twisted to the right and stretched his back again. (Twist to right.) He pulled up two antennae; one on the left side of his head and one on the right side of his head. (Pull up antennae.)
He took an oxygen tank off his back. (Pretend to take tank off.)
He took a deep breath from his nostrils and then let it out through his mouth. (Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.)
He jumped up and down several times. (Jump up and down several times.)
I moved a little closer.
He saw me. He jumped back into his ship, pulled the hatch door closed, and off he sailed. (Jump into ship and pull down hatch.)
I've told everyone what I saw. But no one believes me. I wish the little purple man would come back.
